Vision of the mental health nursing department is to pursue excellence in mental health nursing education and equip nursing students to maintain and promote mental health through various activities in education, practice and research which will enable the entire community to build a positive mental health.

The mission of Mental Health Nursing Department is to achieve excellence in teaching and learning in the area of Mental Health Nursing through developing and executing effective educational program and research activities, ultimately leading to positive changes in mental health care outcomes and better care of the community.
